TR in a foreign aircraft??
Well, that's a difficult question. Let me explain.
I'm about to do a TR in Germany, in a German TRTO but its plane is N-registered.
THey say everything is Ok and that the German CAA gave them the OK for the TR course, but I'm not sure if u can do a Type Rating under a JAR license in an N-registered plane.
Anyone can help me with this? I've been looking for it in the JAR-FCL but I can't find it...
Thanks in advance.

There is nothing in JAR-FCL to prevent you undertaking any training or testing in a non-JAA (or non-EU) registered aircraft. In the UK, you need special permission but that is a requirement of the Department for Transport and applies to all aerial work - it's nothing to do with JAR-FCL. If the LBA are happy, as they seem to be, then there's nothing to stop you.
