ICAO PPL to IR CPL MULTI

Hi guys im new posting, altough i folow the forum everyweek

Im ICAO PPL (did in brasil, mostly tailwheel and bush training) after ppl did someflying im now total 80 Hours

I would like to know if its possible to do:

Ill fly in USA till 150 H also obtain PPL MEP [BRASIL AND USA hours can be credited right?], head to europe do ATPL Theory and pass exams

Then start CPL/MEP training (20 SINGLE, 5 COMPLEX) 175 HOURS TOTAL
Do i need to do CPL Pratical Exam before continuing to IR training or
Do IR in MEP (15 Multi (already have a FAA MEP)/ 40 FNPT II) TOTAL 230 HOURS [190H + 40 SIM]

Now do the CPL IR MULT exam all in once and having 230H total

Thank you
