Question Best ground theory course...international

Hi all,
My company is based in Bangkok Thailand and we are involved in ground handling and training for local airlines. We are mainly doing ground and dangerous goods training but now want to move into cabin crew and pilot training. Our initial plan is to do the theory training in Bangkok and then send trainees to Australia flight training.

My question is what course materials would be best for us to use considering our location. Most schools here use Jeppersen but I personally don't like it. I looked at the Bristol stuff and it's terrific but I worry about the JAA focus.

Would materials like Bob Tait from OZ be OK or is it just for Australian conditions ?

Any help appreciated !!!
