Question CPL usage options

Greetings!

I'm in mid 20s, new to aviation (full-time work in IT). Moving often and want to go for a PPL+CPL in a new place.
Thinking about doing it in Cape Town, South Africa. Seems to be a nice place & better prices for PPL+CPL compare to few other countries.
Do not considering a full-time career in aviation, but want to be able to get some part time gigs on a smaller airplanes after completing the course.

Question - is it realistic? i.e. is there such thing as part-time pilot jobs?(on small airplanes).
If yes - what should i look for? what kind of certificates i need to get in addition to CPL? i suppose the kind of "gigs" i'm looking for are exist in South America / SEA countries.

You'll need the licence for the country in which you want to fly, and an EASA one for Europe. Low hour, part time job basically means flight instructor.
