UK CAA no phones day?
![Question](https://www.pprune.org/images/infopop/icons/icon5.gif)
I have heard that the UK CAA are having one day per week where they don't answer the phones/email - to concentrate on the EASA transition.
Whilst I actually think this is probably a good strategy (two days might even be better
)- does anyone know if this is fact, or just rumour? And which day it might be if true?
Thanks, Sam.

I have had cause to ring FCL several times recently, no problem with a response and the recorded message warns that they do not answer Wednesday afternoons for EASA training
