ELCAS Flying schools in USA

Hi, I am currently serving in HM Armed Forces and looking to use my Enhanced Learning Credits during my resettlement period towards a JAA PPL course with propects of progessing to the ATPL modular route. Can anyone recommend a good flying school in the states that accept / run with the ELC scheme? I am already aware that flyEASA accept ELC but wanted to see if any more exsited for comparison! Also I am not fussed if the school is East or West Coast (although i had heard flying in California is better preperation for flying in UK due to plenty of restricted airspace!)

Many Thanks
