Accident, North Pickering, Toronto.
Fatal Accident, North Pickering, Toronto,18/11/2010.
On the above date, my Brother-inlaw's cousin was killed in this accident, in a Beech 33 Debonair[?]. He was a passenger, and I believe the aircraft was being flown under instruction by his girlfriend. The name of the passenegr was Lloyd Cripps. If anyone can point me in the right direction to obtain more details, I and my brother-in-law would be most grateful. Thannkyou in advance.

I think the website you want is Air Transport Canada, but there are a number of PPRuNers from Canada on here who will give you chapter and verse.
This would be a start:
Aviation Safety - Transport Canada
Sorry to hear of your B-in-Law's loss

CUSCO Many thanks for your very prompt reply. I will sit it out for a day or two to see what transpires. Much appreciated. John.

Hi JEM60
Sorry about your loss. I certainly do remember this accident. I have looked at the list of issued reports produced by the Transportation Safety Board, and the report seems to not yet be issued. This is fairly common for serious accidents. I have first hand experience with reports which took several years.
Keep an eye on this page: Transportation Safety Board of Canada - AVIATION REPORTS - 2010 You should expect that the report will appear there when issued.
Cheers, Pilot DAR

Thanks, Guys. Very grateful for all the information, and so quickly. I knew I could count on you so that my brother-in-law can have some closure on this.

It’s very difficult to handle the emotion if we loss someone in accident. I think you should concern with flight officers to get more detail on that.
