Runway closures and no ccts at Barton ?

Just read through todays NOTAMS for Barton and it says 09L/09R/27L/27R closed and no circuits allowed on any remaining runways.
Whats that all about ?
Surely not a knee-jerk reaction to yesterdays accident ?
Just being nosey/interested.

I guess that todays (sunday) closure is related to the AAIB investigation or recovery operations ?
