Both avgas and TEL are made in multiple locations around the world.

"The comment on avgas being priced out of the 'market' raises a smile when you factor in mogas being taxed at ~300% in EU countries. I wonder what tax rate is applied to Avgas in the same places? Regardless, market forces are not genuinely in play at that level of taxation, somebody will decide what you'll choose."

Actually in the UK the amount of tax of Avgas is less than that on mogas
