A Plod is judge, jury and executioner - unless you are really sharp and have some good phone numbers in your phone.
He can simply invent a story that you assaulted him...
Presumably Plod won't know one can undelete the files very easily - so long as one has not taken any more pics.

They must be pretty stupid becasuse, if a Spy was taking pictures, thye would have some fancy thing that stored the pics in a secret place.

It used to be the start/ end point of one of the heli routes published for Leeds (preferred exit lane for north bound heli trafic from Coney Park, route Pool/ Menwith). So a sort of VRP even if not published on a CAA chart.

As usual, a load of cobblers being talked here, along with a lot of sense ... it's obvious who the locals are !

There is no restriction on the airspace, the place isn't even acknowledged on CAA charts (other than "aerials" if I remember rightly). It was indeed used informally by LBA ATC as a VRP and zone entry/exit until 9/11 (obviously not when they were stacking up 737s ...
) ...

Never had any problem flying near/over Menwith, in fact we used to practice PFL's nearby into a couple of large flat fields, if I remember right next to the A59. This was however a fair while ago when the world was less mental than it is now!
