Glorious contrails.

Did anybody else see the fomation four contrails heading south over West London this morning around 8.15?
A magnificent sight. I wonder what exciting adventures they were headed for!
Shame I didn't have a camera on me.

Saw them SW-NE over the Letchworth-Stevenage area. Very distinctive, of various ages judging by the dispersion, with old and new intermingled. All four with small synchronised turns - one possibly over LUT - and so parallel they looked like an aerial motorway. I too wished I had a camera.
