B*ll*cks to the weather

****, ****, feckitty, ****, I have just got back from the South of France. I usually get a few hours in but the weather this year was absolute pants. I haven't even got a tan. C'mon, three weeks in Gaillac region should have been better at this time of year.

A spell of something like eight days of CAVOK conditions in the Netherlands ended today. But it looks like from tomorrow onwards we'll have at least four days of CAVOK again.

I'm not complaining.

Ya bstd! Just had to rub it in dincha!

I was offered a bit of Para Punting but the eejit said I'd have to go tandem. That would have given us a all up weight of about 300 kgs. He was as big as me!

Apart from some morning fog, the rest of the week looks just great as far as VFR weather is concerned..... Our Fly-In, planned for Saturday looks rosy

That's the vlaai-in, isn't it? I was there two years ago, one of the few who was able to fly in and out before that warm front came over - although it was really tricky getting back - BKN008 all the way.

I'm wishing you better weather this time. I, unfortunately, have other plans.
