UPI Press Release

EASTON, Mass., Aug. 12 (UPI) -- Three people were killed Tuesday when a small plane crashed into a Massachusetts supermarket parking lot, aviation officials said.
All three victims were aboard the plane, a Federal Aviation Authority spokesman told The Boston Globe, adding it wasn't clear if anyone on the ground was injured in the Easton, Mass., mishap.
The FAA said the plane was part of Angel Flight, a network of volunteer pilots who perform free medical flights for patients, WCVB-TV, Boston, reported.
Witnesses said that single-engine aircraft looked to be having trouble staying aloft before it crashed nose-first into the parking lot of a shopping complex next to a grocery store, Easton Fire Chief Tom Stone told the Globe.
The nearest runway to the shopping complex was 5 miles to the west at Mansfield, Mass., Municipal Airport, officials said.

3 people died in an Angel flight, including pilot, cancer patient and his wife en-route to treatment from Long Island to Boston.

Speculation as to why, so I wont repeat it.
