AOL and the AIS Website

Info from AIS for any users of the AOL browser:-
AIS are aware that occasionally, AOL appear to ‘tweak’ the security settings on their server which can, albeit temporarily, block some users. If you think that this is happening to you try this remedy:

Right click: AOL icon at the bottom right hand area of screen (next to up & down green arrows)

Left click: System information

AOL System Information Window displayed ~ Click on UTILITIES

Browser Cache Window: Click on CLEAR BROWSER CACHE

CLOSE

This action cleared access to the log in area.

Or, Plan B;

Try accessing the AIS web site using another browser (Internet Explorer?). To do this, log on to the internet in the usual way with AOL and then open the other browser and enter the Website address www.ais.org.uk .
