90 day rule

Probably been done to death but the search engine doesn't wnat to play.

If I haven't flown in 90 days and want to take a passenger, can I simply fly two touch and goes and one full stop, and let the passenger jump in? Or must it be three full stops?

Or is it altogether more complicated?

You must have completed 3 take offs and three landings, a touch and go is a landing quickly followed by a take off
