Possibly not the easiest solution, but you could look them up on the CAA G-INFO database and write to the owners? If nothing else the database should give you some information about the general location of the aeroplane.

Aircraft Bases
Hi
I would have thought that stating that these were listed in LAAS
British Aircraft Register published in 2002 would mean that they were all current registrations.
The reason I asked for this information is that I keep one of the most comprehensive databases of Airfields Past & Present, which I consistently update when I come across new information.
Over 5000 of the locations I have, include a precise location of 6 figure grid references or the Lat / Long references.
The database ( kept privately ) comes in handy, when aviation enthusiasts are looking for Airfields / Airstrips.
Regards Martin Burney

Martin,
Any chance you will publish this database ?
Since Lockyers Farm strip guide hasn't been updated, it might be the only source for farmstrips not in the regular guides.

CC

If this gives a list of exactly what aircraft are to be found at what airfields then I for one would not want to see it published.
Having already lost one aircraft to criminals I'm not in favour of anything which would make it easy for them to steal and/or vandalise to order in future.

Martin,
Not wanting to seem to labour the point, but I ask my original question again, why do you want to know the location of these aircraft.
Your answer above states that you keep a record of airfields not aircraft.
I have no idea what LAAS is so the answer is not obvious to me hence asking the question.
I would not want the location of my aircraft kept in anyones database for the exact reasons pointed out by fly stimulator.
The lockyears has been updated.

I know this has been asked before but is there any chance that you might publish the locations of the airfields, Martin? I know that just about everybody on this forum could make use of it.

Aircraft Bases
Hi
For a number of reasons, my complete database of Airfields Past & Present, is not freely available.
What I am always willing to do, is to help subscribers of this forum, with giving precise locations, of individual Airfields / Strips.
I am also willing to e mail, a list of all the airfields / strips of a particuar single county, of the subscribers choosing.
My database has over 5000 listings
