Passed !

Just wanted to say thanks to all who offered some advice for the RT practical exam.

I sat mine yesterday and passed first time.

I had about 15 minutes before the test started to plan what I was going to say along the route and this made it much easier. Once the test started it seemed a very strange experience and harder to make the RT calls than when you are trying to fly the a/c as well! Although I had made 2 pages of notes in my 15 minutes it was still necessary to slow down and visualise what you might actually be doing in the cockpit. That also helped.

The main thing I found was to take your time and try and relax. If you can do it all in the air then you should have no problems on the ground.

Well, I hope this feedback might help others in the future. Feel free to PM me if you want some more advice on the test.
