Aircraft rental in Antigua

I am lucky enough to be having a couple of weeks hols in Antigua shortly. Has anyone a contact for a/c rental at VC Bird airport? Looking to rent a PA28/C172 for a possible trip to St.Kitts.

I was in Antigua 10 years ago and managed to sort out a rental, I flew across to Montserrat with a safety pilot - after the volcano, Plymouth airport has now sadly gone.

Unfortunately I have now lost the details of the original a/c renter in Antigua.

I have found a company on the net called Inter Island Aviation who seemed a possibility, but they are not responding to my e-mails.

You beat me to it.

I'll be in Antigua for a couple of weeks from the end of the month and was about to post the same question.

I've given up trying to find somewhere to fly helicopters - nothing available as far as I can discover - but I'm hoping for better luck with fixed-wing.

taken from the "FLYING IN ANTIGUA" website,

Found on Google

easy!

hope this helps

Flying Lawyer - isn't there somebody over on Rotorheads who comes from Las Vega$/St Thomas/Garsfontein?

Is it B Sousa ?? The St Thomas connection may mean that he has some info on local possibilities. Last time I was in ANU on the 767 there was a B206 flitting about so there may be hope yet.

I would have swapped aircraft in an instant!

Floppy Link.

Thanks for the link and B. Sousa suggestion. Bert occasionally flies in St Thomas so may have some info.
The B206 you saw flitting about might have been this one.

It's a heli tour operator. Their website doesn't mention instruction/SFH, but I've got the 206 on my licence so nothing to lose by enquiring. If all else fails, I'll take the tour.

Thanks again.
