Unhappy Two Crashes at Toronto

There were two light airplane crashes in Toronto yesterday. A Cherokee ditched just short of the Island airport (sorry, "City Centre Airport"), and a Cessna 172 crashed nearby Buttonville Airport. Casualties were limited to a broken leg in the Cessna accident. Details and photos are reported in the Toronto Star and the Globe & Mail.

Both planes were hired from local flying schools. Guess whose insurance and rental rates will be going up in 2004?
