Damn!

My sympathy to everybody who knew them.

On the ABCs website its described as just south of Bents Basin. Both occupants were killed, very sad to hear.

http://www.abc.net.au/news/newsitems/s884163.htm

Two people have been killed after a helicopter crashed in rugged terrain in the Warragamba area, west of Sydney.

The helicopter was from a company based at Bankstown Airport.

Police found the wreckage after getting several 000 calls from people who reported seeing a helicopter go down and hearing an explosion.

The ABC's helicopter pilot Richard Howe has flown above the crash site.

He says the wreckage is amongst trees to the south of the Bents Basin recreation area.

Paramedics have been winched from a rescue helicopter to the ground.

An ambulance officer says two people have been confirmed dead.

Bankstown Airport says the two-seater chopper took off earlier this morning.
