Question A new way of hours building?

Found this on the net.

So you don't have to go there...
Intro Flight voucher for sale, Includes 30 minutes in a Cessna 172 4 seater where you fly the plane with a qualified instructor with a dual set of controls next to you, and you may also carry a couple of mates for the ride (good to have a bit of added weight in the rear). Enjoy the spectacular scenery, and you can say you've flown a plane! Happy piloting!
Basically you have get yourself to Ardmore, and the buy now price is $90 - is someone being clever and selling their services. Nowt illegal (I think) as they'll be using the operators licence of the ops there. Bir creative, eh?
