IPAQ handheld GPS

I am looking for any information from people who have the Ipaq handhelds with the GPS cards. Specifically I am looking for brands of GPS cards available and brands and costs of associated software. Looking at purchasing and IPAQ and need some info on what I need to make it GPS capable and how much it costs.

PS can you get any/all of this stuff in Aus or does it have to be sourced in the US.
