That's better than the newbie boaties from Tazzy that tried Hobart to Wellington (by sea) and fortunately ran into Westport, in a bit of a state - just about 200NM off course!

Bevan666 - better check your charts again - NF-AA is just shy of 600nm - NF - KT (Kaitaia) is around the 450nm but it would takle a bit of organising to arrive into NZKT customs wise.

nzer - I should have said that the figures were off the top of my head..

My charts are correct but my memory is not as accurate. I've heard its possible to enter and depart from NZ from NZKT with some prior effort if required...

Wiz - check your PM's.
