Telsra Skycom

No Sig,

yes, you can make reverse-charge calls through Telstra Skycom network.

Frequencies: 5160, 8140, or 11132.

If you want procedures I can PM you.

I think the RFDS operates a phone patch service on HF but can't remember the frequencies. Ditto Coastal Radio stations (ex OTC) - check 2524 Khz, 4095 Khz, can't remember the other marine HF frequencies.

Some amateurs were offering a phone patch service on 7, 14 and 21 Mhz, but it is not legal for amateurs to offer this service in Australia.
