Storm window ground aircon connection
Does anyone know if this is commercially available? A 3D printed or similar connector piece that snugly connects a ground aircon pipe to a cockpit storm window?
Specific to each type. Would allow ground aircon without having to have the back door cracked open, leaking that beautiful cold air.
Surely this exists.

Aircon works best with air flowing, trying to pump cold air into a sealed tube will be less effective than passing air in the front and it goes out a similar sized hole in the back. Different with the Packs on board that recycle the cabin air mixed with bleed air pumped in, so it's circulating the air back through the machines. The best option is to have pressurized aircon input that feeds into the packs and they operate on ground power with the fed in air, then you will get an air circulation system.
* Just realized that you might be talking about something a lot smaller than I was thinking, but same principle applies, lots of cool air flowing through will cool better than trying to pump up the cabin with cold air.

Yeah but wouldn't that make the storm window a perfect inlet? Outflow valve at the back or a door slightly cracked open for the exhaust?
And yeah haha defintiely talking about something smaller. BE20/C441/PC12 etc.

Is there a Performance Penalty if you leave it on for take off?

What if you intend to carry 500 hummingbirds that like to stay perpetually airborne within this cooled cabin? And then have to adjust for the defecation rate of 2 ****s per hour per bird over a three hour flight. I'm pretty sure CASA will want to see the numbers if ramp checked.
A DCA ( or whatever it was ) Examiner used to ask a very similar question on renewals ie Canaries in a Herc
