Nah, that wasn't a proper test. You have to cut the engine, see? (no oil pressure, windmilling prop) ..and be on short final also (low DA) ..and be lined up on a taxi-way (because)..
Hmm, windmilling prop and no oil pressure does not really work, for a normal light aircraft engine that is. I'd say if the windmill effect was enough to turn the prop with a seized engine, then you might be in for a spectacular session of aerobatics.
