They don't really have set experience minima's except for you must have 1000TT & the $ to attend their ground courses. From there you can opt to pay for a type rating, $10K (incl. ground course) for the SA-227 Metro, also includes 25 hrs line flying.
They then recruit from the newly qualified pool.
Not huge movement.

Don't have anything official, but I've heard that the latest reciept letters from Eagle for those that don;t meet the requirements is "...our latest successful applicants have had 1500TT with 500 multi..."
It's all supply and demand. 2 yrs ago when they were hiring like cut cats, people with 8/900hrs were getting starts and 1 story was that EAGLE went to a regional airfield and asked for pilots !!!
At the moment though, there's more pilots than you can shake a stick at so the minimums are up.
