Ha ha!

Election time in PNG brings out all the spivs. Not many aerodromes can take a B737 ...

Investors, mainly small villages will be stripped of all their money; and the spiv will buy another house in Australia. Hopefully the newly minted regulations, passed in Parliament last week regarding "unexplained wealth" might save the villagers from what is nothing more than a scam .

Google' search this rascol enjoy the laugh!
