In the incredibly unlikely event of a ramp check on a private flight, most CASA staff would be impressed if the cargo was tied down at all. If there was a load sheet to go with it, you had your licence and medical and the MR was signed and correct, you would be back underway pronto.

Yeah never been checked in 16 years. Guess it may happen. More wanting to protect my own neck (literally) than comply with every goddam unintelligble reg.

You don't need to know the Regs in this case, just the AFM
