when the music stops at Jetstar
Serious question,
When the music stops at Jetstar, and FOs face long periods of time to promotion, how happy will those FOs be?
Lots of young Captains could mean a long wait.....

When a low paying airline has quick promotion - people will take the jobs for a quick ride to command. When the music stops and they can't get F/O's, well I guess that's their problem.
I guess that's why they're keen on Cadet programs with long lock-in pay-back periods. That's also why they aren't very keen on experienced QF F/O's taking commands at JQ.

The music has already stopped. A new Virgin f/o joining today will be a capt first.
