Whats Going on at country capitol ?

What is happening at Country Capitol Tamworth these days ? I see there after a new Chief, yet it's not long since DW was replaced ? has the incumbent cp moved on or sideways ?

why bother at all

I understand that the company was not falling into line with the CP(CASA) expectations and there may have been some dodgy **** going on. No details at hand but complience was not being met, CP being rostered by a bean counter type management leaving little time for actually doing CP type stuff. I guess GA will never learn, or pay what the role of CP actually deserves. when a truck driver gets more than a CP you have to ask yourself some serious questions, Actually, when a bean counter gets more than a CP, and calls the shots(all that training and man management skills no doubt) dito. It's all doomed I tell you, Doomed

When flight dept's are controlled, run, dictated to by bean counters your operation is doomed.Whether it's an airline,GA charter or flying school.
