Essendon pick up point?

On the 2nd of next month I will be bringing a C195 into Essendon to pick up some people before heading back to Echuca- about 0815.

Where is the easiest place to have them meet me?

They and I will all have those silly red security cards. I am thinking a flying school or maybe RFDS.

Well who would have thought Forky, who I am dropping off as well, would have the first fking clue about ANYTHING south of the Mason Dixon line

It will go something like,

"Chuck turn left here"

"Make me"

"Chuck ya gotta turn left here or we is fked"

"I don't feel like it"

"Ouch-that hurt, I'm telling on you"

"NaNaNa can't hear you"

Has fck up written all over it

I misread point for joint and was going to suggest Skyways Taverner, The Royal, O'Sullivans or the Linc!

Get the security phone number from the ERSA and they will let you through the main gate. Give them a call when you are ready to transfer your self-loading freight, they are usually pretty quick. If you want to be certain, call them with a time guesstimate to ensure that they will be nearby.

I think they canned the fingerprint access system after I publically exposed on PPrune how pathetically inadequate it was and how anyone could get through it!
