A Pilots Funeral

GEEZ ITS HARD BURYING A PILOT

Went to a PILOTS funeral today here in Bris Vegas and so did hundreds of other people...yeah brisbane.
One yesterday and one today.
Yes we all know who.

We all love our flying and when we loose our own it hurts inside.

If it was not for the memorial last night at the Royal Queensland Aero CLub
and seeing your mates it would hurt more I think.

Sorry had to get it out..
Good on ya to the lads in Darwin and surrounds who survived their
forced landings...practice makes perfect eh???

Angel

I wish that I had paid my respects in person today. It was one day of not many where I wish that I hadn’t been flying.

RIP :..

Touching speakers and a few generous pilots gave their time for a fitting tribute to a legendary aviator. Rest in peace Barry!
