Seriously looking at V Oz. There salary is $114,000 and
Superannuation is 12 % on top of your base salary.
What is supperannuation, is it like a tax.
What would the overall package equate to as a take home every month?

Based solely on the base salary your take home pay would be about $6600 per month. You can work it out for yourself at the Aus Tax Office website Australian Taxation Office Homepage. Note, you pay tax on your salary plus 1.5% medicare plus a 1% medicare surcharge if you earn over $100,000 and don't have private health cover.
Pin Head you don't give your location so I don't know if this will help, but if you are from the USA think of Superannuation as a 401K which is managed for you.
