Any one know of anywhere in the pacific available for relatively low time pilot,,(2000hrs)

I have just got my girlfriend pregnant and was trying to find a country where I wont have to pay child support.

Go self employed and declare your company as running at a loss = no income to base the support on. Well so I've heard...

yes sorry 'rotaryman' very sensitive subject indeed, hence the original posters concerns, fictional or not, our CSA is a joke!

BTW 'blackbandit' get a blood test or DNA b4 you decide to nick off, sure it's hers that's obvious but is it yrs? Pilots are not much different to sailors, there's still lots of 'seamen' in both !

to quote my dad - a now retired wise old pilot:

"Remember son - nobody gets rich from aviation except ex wives"

(Given CSA/Centrelink's new assessment scheme - letter rec'd today- Dad was right -)

'airtags' to yr dad...........
I guess this thread will sporn a whole lot of stories about the CSA & the ATO, both sleep with each other!
What else do you do with a silly thread like this anyway other than to keep the laughter up!
I know of a senior 737 capt (probably now retired since he was a by-product of WW3)) that had been married (dumb!) 3 times & was about back then on his fourth way to the alter, this time with a 'store bought version' !
I still remember him saying that his new prospective much younger wife to be wanted the tennis court removed & a pool put in in it's place, I gather where she came from tennis wasn't a big thing! me thinks the writing was on the wall right from that point on!
And lastly I said to him what are you doing now for a job? He said oh I am still in the transport industry, driving a taxi truck ! probably getting paid more too!

I can only imagine where he is now!

Yes!

Just recieved the letter from CSA, advising they intend to reduce my payments, then the next page shows they actually going to increase them! WTF is that?

What piss's me off the most is that the more you earn the more you pay! like us guys are not permitted to get on with our lives! well for me, not for the next 10 years....

Oh don't get me started...

Oh gee..you poor bastards who can't get on with their lives because they have to continue to support their kids..

All those selfish ex wives who try to keep kids in 'no doubt' private schools and wanting a relatively secure car, home etc...

I just can't believe the paying public think all pilots are selfish wankers..

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Dog

PS: If wind up.... Hook, line and sinker...

Just to set the record straight, i have no problem at all in supporting my daughter.

I just have a problem with the way the sysyem of payments are calculated and administered, would also be nice to get to see my daughter once and a while
