ZK-KOH. It appears to be operated by Helicopter Services (BOP) Ltd, for SAR, Air Ambulance and Medical Transfers.

Isn't their N registered one at YMEN as well?

How many Ppruners know that a MU-2 was used on REG203/RPT services in Australia during the late 1970's?

No doubt Gaunty will have 500 reason why it shouldn't have been or couldn't have been!!!

MU2s were also used on RPT in NZ in the 80s. Someone in here will remember the name of the airline - Hawke's Bay based, I seem to recall!

Bill Suher from Penair bought one in to Oz to use on the Vic air Ambulance contract if they retained in the late 1980's as well.

FTDK...Air Central is the outfit to which you refer...they used a couple of the longer fuselage models, and I do believe they were based out of Napier??? I know CT flew them out of NR. And they also operated a C402 (or two??)...you'll probably remember the one that went through the fence at PM...I think that was while you were there??

The one in the pic above is from Essendon. Owned by a Qantas pilot? (I think). In the picture it's at Tooradin on a restaurant visit.

I don't think so. Maybe you should contact them directly and ask.
