QF letter of intent vs. Reference Checks
Hey peeps
Just wondering if anyone out there who's recently done the interview has had their reference checks done before they've received the letter of intent or a 'sorry, you didn't get in' letter?
My friend has had his references checked in the last couple of days and hasn't as yet received any sort of letter. This seems out of line with what everyone else we both know has got i.e. a letter before anything else.
I'm nervously awaiting some sort of response also (haven't had either reference checks or a letter) and am wondering if getting references checked before a letter is a good or bad thing or if it's happened to anyone else?
