Sorry to bring up yet another thread regarding JAA.
but can Oxford Jeppesen ATPL JAA books be used to study for CASA ATPL. ??

From what I've seen there's a lot of overlap but a lot of differences. The subject layout is also a little bit different. You'd probably be better off with the books from AFT and using the Oxford books as a reference for things you don't understand or want a different explanation on.

I have the JAA books from Bristol Groundschool and yes, they are pretty good for 90% of what you need to know. The problem is the other 10% - you can't get that without buying a whole local set...
