Management must learn a thing or two
Before the internet and digital photos/camera phones, it was easy to keep stuff in house, away from the general pilot population and the public.
As management practices get shonkier, such s QF's stapler maintenance fiasco prove, in todays technological age, the info WILL allways get out to the other pilots, media and general public. There is no way now management can keep a lid on things that they want to keep quiet, photos will be taken, emails copied and leaked, memos copied etc. Incriminating phots can be uploaded from any compter in the world and posted on the internet.
Managment must learn,
if its there, it can be photographed.......no matter what bans on cameras you may have in place.
if its printed it can be coppied
if its electronic ic can be redistrubuted
no matter how loyal your staff seem at face value, the will be ALWAYS one who will squeal.

...............and the reasons why such things happen???.......simple really..........we are dealing with humans here.........not machines as most CEO's seem to think ! It's like saying you know someone that has never knocked anything off, not even a lolly from someone elses lolly bag, false,or you have never taken home a pen from the office, false. Leakage of sensitive material from a Co. all started when mankind found out they can get something for nothing, (probably around the caveman days) just as CEO's try to do nowadays! *smile*
