Is it my imagination or does Gaunty have twice as many birthdays as the rest of us?

Enjoy that bottle of red I'm sure you have ready.

I'll have a sip or two on your behalf tonight.

Well done young man.

Happy Birthday G, You looked all calm recently, no indication of age creeping up at all. Maintain that rage though, word.

Gaunty should be retired, just like his beloved Conquests!

Thumbs up

Struth!! Another year has passed!
Have a good one Gaunty and here's hoping that this year brings us both the Citation X that we'd like.....though come to think of it, the Citation Mustang does'nt look too flamin' bad either!

Will raise the usual glass of seriously good bubbly for both of us tomorrow evening!

Seruiously though;I'd be happy just to be able to bloody well get back flying a Chieftain!! Or a Titan....Conquest??

Well yet again I am embarrased and honoured that you should think of me. It would be churlish of me not to say a very sincere thank you.

And to me mate Pinky that Citation X is getting ever closer. I've had my ever increasingly large @rse up and head down. The last year has been very challenging and with some pretty exciting results. Yet another career commences.

DF just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water.

j_t mother in law comes good every year with a fine tawny, it waits for your visit.

Bloggs old chap, yep every dog has its day and sadly the Conquest has had it. Can't say they weren't warned and like most things in life are best remembered for when they were new-ish skittish young fillies rather than the tired and spavined beast of burden they have become. It's been over 27 years since I first had the pleasure. I have booked myself into the local SID clinic to see if there is a programme available that will keep me going for another 30 years. All my grand and great grandfatjers lived beyond 95 and my Dad (82) is still going strong, so it looks like I'm condemned to another 30 plus.

Thanks BSB and triadic a bottle or more were sacrificed.

And eh Wogboy, J`a sem muzh. J`a sem tut. J`a sem s`ada. J`a sem ni dr`evo. J`a sem ni zh`ena. Dr`evy ma k`orny. Zh`eny ma d`iety.

There aint no such thing

Not so ... Gaunty and I have been guilty, in the past, of drawing liquid sustenance from such high quality vessels ..... whilst discussing deeply involved technical aviation stuff ... such discussion tending to get rubberier and wafflier as the evening progresses ...

.. it waits for your visit ..

mate, we have an embryonic operation over your neck of the woods so there is a passing chance that I could find an implausible excuse to slip over for whatever .. and including ...

Might finally manage to catch up with our fine airports guru as well ...
