Bank Runner - Multi engine time requirements?
Does anyone know what the minimum Multi-Engine flight time requirements are before you could apply for a bank runner job at Bankstown or near by? 100-200 hrs? How much total time?

In the not too distant past some companies would want near to 1500 total and 250-500 multi command. Now the Regionals need half of that so god knows how the bank runners are going getting pilots and what the mins are?
Great fun and challenging work if you can get it. Made lots of good friends carrying tolls finest around the countryside and a drink at the high flyers on friday night after a long week was always good. ahhh the old days

Go back to the early 90's and you needed 1000 hours multi to fly clapped out Barons!
They were good days back then with TNT and Security Express, some of the best flying I ever did. Nothing like 20 odd aircraft ranging from single engine pistons up to Metro 3's arriving at the same time at night on runway 11/29C.
Our Friday nights were spent at the Aeroclub, cheap beer and good company
