Which Online Dangerous Goods Course?????

I will probably be returning to Australia shortly in order to try to obtain a flying position and would be interested in any recommendations for an online, initial issue dangerous goods course.

The two I have found advertisements for in Flight Safety Australia magazine were by Oasis Flight Training and the other byAvcats.

Either of these two okay, or are there better ones available that people know of???

Any suggestions would be most helpful. Thanks

I recently did the Avcats online course and it was good... do the course, pay your money and then just print your cert... very quick and easy!!

Thanks Cargo744.

Interesting that I even have to do a generic course online in Australia.
Here in the States each air carrier, whether FAR135 charter operator or FAR 121 airline has an appropriate training requirement in their Ops Manual depending on whether they have approval to carry DG or not.

Any other opinions out there guys/gals??????

Cool

You might try the
Civil Aviation Academy Australasia
In Perth, good records with Domestic and Military DG courses
Caaa.com.au, also are on CASA site with more details

Avcats.

Quick, straightforward and helpful. And they gave me a discount at renewal time :-)

I've used Airsafe a few times for mine and would recommend them also.
