Question Dispatcher or Service Manager?

Hey guys,

This question is for a friend whos too lazy to sign up
Some of you have read my other threads will be thinking WTF pilot one day dispatcher the next

Anyway he wants to know how to become a dispatcher on site or service duty manager, i know nothing about this area except from what i see on repeats of Airport from 2002

He cant be a pilot cause he cant get his medical so he thinks this is the next best thing? He basically wants to know what steps you have to go and how many cocks you have to suck to get to the top

Thanks guys
