PPL course in Moorabin and visas

Hello guys,I'm an italian ultralight pilot thinking about moving in your country to attend a CASA PPL course. I would like to train in Moorabin, and I'm particulary interested in two schools: MFS and the Royal Victorian Aeroclub. Which one would you suggest me,and why? My plan is to come under a Working Holiday visa, but immigration law says I can train for a maximum period of four months...is it intended for full-time study or also part-time? My intention is working while spreading the training for all the 12 months period I'm allowed to stay there, but I don't know if I can do that. Thank you for the attention.
