Buying a share in an Aircraft

Just looking for a bit of advice in buying a share.....(In NZ)

Probably the usual stuff I guess, but anyone with advice as to the pitfalls/traps, I would be grateful

if it's an established syndicate that has been operating for years, then you shouldn't have any problems - they are generally run pretty professionally and separate from personal affairs.

a new syndicate obviously depends on who's running it, and the a/c type - there's a difference between a 172 and a pitts group.

there's $10k shares available in an L29 jet that i'm aware of......
