im not sure about the reporting that 'low elevation' ever caused an aeroplane to stall though

Come now, this was the report, it was a combination of all three, not just low elevation. To combine those three together is not clever.

"Low elevation, slow speed and a steep turn caused the plane to stall, representing a serious error of judgment by the pilot, Mr Barnes said."

no - the coroner said that, not the report.

we all know that flying those numbers at low altitude will hurt, but the altitude was not what caused the aircraft to crash, simply the crash was a result of the low altitude (as the final straw)

sir pratt,

"im not sure about the reporting that 'low elevation' ever caused an aeroplane to stall though"

Is what you stated, and you are right, on its own low elevation was not the cause of the stall and loss of control.

Having spent many years crop spraying at very low altitude, and not crashing, I would disagree with your statement that "simply the crash was a result of the low altitude (as the final straw)".

"Low elevation, slow speed and a steep turn caused the plane to stall, representing a serious error of judgment by the pilot, Mr Barnes said".

For my money the coroners report, on the facts presented, is correct.

You originally said you "were not sure of the reporting", where does the report state "low elevation caused the aeroplane to stall"???

An old quote
If you're gonna fly low, do not fly slow! Anti Submarine Warfare pilots know this only too well.
