FNQ Driver, carton of Gold for you. It is indeed Longeach.
Quite a gathering there the other day. Lots of C210's, Baron's, a C207, Gulfstream. The new terminal building looks to be coming along well too.

One of the most expensive ways of digging a trench I've ever seen.
Wonder what was the cause of the nosewheel giving way?

Looks like there was a chock in the way.
Ouch.

Oh No! Brother!
Has someone said it yet? That'll buff out!
I'm surprised no picks from 'Wings Over the Illawarra' have made it onto this thread. I'll post some this afternoon if I get time. Participants were down a bit on previous years, but it was still a good show. It was great to see and hear so many big radials in the sky again. Though it's funny to see the Caribou flown in such a tame fashion after years of operational flying with them.
The Plane Crazy Down Under Podcast guys (Steve V and Grant M) were also there recording interviews and covering the show. That episode should be available for free download on iTunes and the website very soon.
