Been mentioned to me that if a Cirrus pilot elects to glide to a forced water landing rather then pulling the shute any injured pax may be able to take issue with the matter. Be interesting to know what the flight manual says on the mater...

Pretty little white thing is an RV8. It also seems to go like stink. While chasing the Spitfire replica at one point I think we were at about 170 IAS at about 3000 ft. From memory I was told we were at about 70% power. We weren't catching the Spit though. The RV8 is also quite well equipped IFR, plenty of room and very comfortable. These boys like their toys to work good!!
