Jack McDonald
This pic was taken by a local bloke (F Harrington) at Mangalore....as he recalls. Jack flew in the Korean war and later for Brain and Brown - DC3's
Can anyone add further to this? What become of the Mustang?

VH FCB. Ex RAAF A68-192 left Australia in 1969 for The Phillipines and now resides in England. Last seen Ray Hanna's Old Flying Machine Company at Duxford where it was regularly flown. GB registration G-HAEC. (HAECO was the maintenance arm of Cathay Pacific Airlines who undertook the restoration programme).
Mark 22 Mustang CAC S/N 1417 Delivered 03/1951.
Sold overseas 04/1958 ex VH FCB and PI-C-651.
Jack McDonald was also regularly seen around Bankstown in the late 50's He caught me sitting in Fawcett's VH BOZ (from memory) dreaming as one did in those days and I had the pleasure of a long ground "endorsement". That sort of thing is probably illegal today.

Personally I think Nomanza would be better since the V Tail is a bit of a girly aeroplane anyway
What does this view remind you of PF?
Dr
Looks a bit like an aeroplane, with some bits missing and other bits bent.
Subsequent thought....
Ooooh a small aeroplane, must be one of those Cessna's.
