just after some info on this outfit for flight instructors?

From FTA recruitment page:

Flight Instructor qualifications

Minimum Criteria
Grade 2 Instructor Rating; and
Command Instrument Rating; and
50 hours Twin (in command)

Desirable
Grade 1 Instructor Rating; and/or
Multi-engine Training Approval; and/or
Command Instrument Rating Training Approval

Highly Desirable
Airline or military flying or instructional experience

Perhaps more about working for the mob... conditions, atmosphere ect...

Mate, did all the standardisation, and scored quite highly, however

I stuffed up on the last 20mins of my check flight and after sitting around and waiting for about half an hr, they decided they wouldnt offer me the job

hehe

Nuh just didnt come together on the day..

Mate,

I dont think the standardisation is ridiculous at all... its actually very achievable. I was just flat out of luck on the day. If anything could go wrong it did.

It happens.
